Return and Refund Policy
At Banya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at info@banyaher.com to inform us of your return and to receive return instructions.
- Please ensure that your return request includes your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.
- Once you have received return instructions, carefully pack the items in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items and verify they are in their original, unused condition. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@banyaher.com with a description of the issue, along with proof (images) of the defect. We will assist you in processing the return and issue a full refund or exchange for faulty items.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, worn, or are not in their original condition and packaging.
